Later, he studied Computer Science for two years and Political Science for nine months in India at the NIIT Management and IT Training Center in Delhi from 2005 to 2008. He owns his own trading company, which deals in construction materials. His mother language is though Pashto but he can fluently speak Dari, English, and Urdu as well.

Habiba Sadat is the daughter of Sayed Solayman and is born in 1966 in the 2nd district of Lashkar Gah city in Helmand. Sadat is graduated from Lashkargah High School in 1982. She received her diploma from the Helmand Teacher Training Institute in 1985. She won her Bachelor Degree in Business Economics from the University of Quetta in Pakistan in 2008. She has also participated in multidimensional over 35 trainings, seminars, and workshops on topics pertaining to human rights, teacher training, strategic planning, health, gender, program management, proposal writing, and data analysis. From 1986-1991, Sadat was associated with the profession of teaching at the Lashkargah Boys High School. She discharged her duties in Pakistan’s Quetta city from 1992-1994 as a Teacher Trainer for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Education Sector Support Program (ESSP) and worked as a survey assistant with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) from 1994-1995. In addition to that, she served in the Save the Children as an assistant manager for 15 long years--- 1995- 2010. She has also worked with the United Nations Organization (UNO). She fluently speaks Pashto, Dari, English, and Urdu.

Haji Mualim Mirwali Khan was born in 1955 in Gereshk District of Helmand province. Mirwali earned his 14th class certificate from the Teacher Training Institute in Grishk District. He was a known jihadi commander in Helmand province with his main focus on Grishk District. He served as teacher in a High School and later headed the Information and Culture Department in Helmand. Earlier in the 2005 polls, Mirwali was elected to the parliament. His political affiliations were with the Hezb-e-Islami Afghanistan but currently he is known as neutral. He faced disqualification because of the investigations conducted by the Electoral Complaints Commission. He later replaced Massud Noorzai as an MP of Helmand Province in August 2011. He fluently speaks Pashto and Dari.

Son of Mir Hussain, Shikh Neamatullah Ghafari is born in 1962 in the 2nd district of Lashkargah city who fluently speaks Dari, Pashto, Arabic, and English. In 1980, Ghafari completed his secondary education from Lashkargah High School and then won his bachelor degree in Science and Islamic Education from Jamia Al Mustafa Al Alamiya University, Iran in 1991. Ghafari is the head of the Shia Council of Helmand Province. Ghafari served as tutor and taught Arabic, English, Pashto, Dari, and Mathematics for years. He discharged his duties as a university teacher and taught Islamic Science and Philosophy at the Um-Ulmomineen Khadija Kubra Madrasa in Kabul from 2009- 2010. He simultaneously served as a member of parliament. Ghafari grabbed his MP seat from Helmand in the 2005 elections. He has his political affiliation with the Hezb-e-Wahdat Islami Mardom Afghanistan (led by Mohaqiq) however, he is said to have contested without any affiliation.

Nasima Niazai is the daughter of Haji Mohammad Amanullah, born in 1971 in Bollan village of Lashkargah in the Helmand Province. Niazai completed her secondary education from Lashkargah Girls High School in 1986 while won her graduation from the Helmand Teacher Training Institute in 2004. From 1986-1989, Niazai worked as a Basic Literacy Course Teacher in the Helmand Education Department while again from 1989-1992, she served as Director of Shahid Mohammad Ekhlash Middle School. She remained jobless during the Mujahideen era from 1992 to 1996. Under the Taliban regime from 1996- 2001, she conducted home course for girls and then served as principal of the Central Girls High School from 2001 to 2005. Niazai was elected to parliament in 2005. She fluently speaks Pashto, Dari, and Urdu.

Abdul Jabar Son of Mohammad Hsaan, born in Boldak District of Kandahar Province in 1959. Jabar graduated from Harbi Khwanzay Military School in Kabul in 1982. He then graduated from Harbi Pohantoon Military University in Kabul back in 1984. After graduation from Military University, Jabar served as an ANA commander in Maiwand District in Kandahar from 1982 to 1992. He is ranked as Major General. Jabar did not initially win his seat as MP but he got elected when his rival Haji Mualim Mir Wali was disqualified. He speaks Pashto, Dari, and Russian.
